From the Entrance Hall the visitor enters the Drawing Room which is furnished with English and French furniture and portraits including Francis Grant's Great Aunt Dorothy Raphael aged 7 and his Grandmother Elsie Raphael aged 5 the two elder sisters of Miss Marlie Raphael, owner of the house between 1939 and 1976.
Guided tours of the house begin in the Entrance Hall with its impressive cantilevered staircase. Constructed from Scots pine and oak this is the most important architectural feature within the house.

The tour then continues showing the panelled Library, Small Sitting Room and two bedrooms ending in the Dining room. This has oak panelling, English furniture and the paintings include a charming portrait of Marlie Raphael aged 4.
